Welcome to IMUNIK! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using our services.

Order Process

  • Order Placement: You may place orders for custom shirts, apparel, or other items through our website, via email, or over the phone.

  • Custom Design Approval: Upon receiving your design, we will provide a digital proof for your approval. Your approval is required before we proceed with production.

  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email with an order summary and expected delivery time.

  • Order Changes and Cancellations: You can request changes to your order or cancel it within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not started. After 24 hours, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in dollars and are exclusive of taxes and shipping fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, etc.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. For large orders, a deposit may be required, with the balance due before shipping.

  • Late Payments: If payments are not made on time, we reserve the right to delay or cancel your order. A late fee of 15% may be applied to overdue invoices.

Production and Delivery

  • Production Time: Production typically takes 10-30 business days from the date of design approval. However, production times may vary based on order volume, complexity, and material availability.

  • Shipping and Delivery: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. We offer standard, expedited, etc.. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

  • Rush Orders: If you need a rush order, please contact us to confirm availability and additional charges.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or supply chain disruptions.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling the order (e.g., wrong size, design, or color).

  • Refunds: Refunds are only provided for defective or incorrectly fulfilled orders. If you believe your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will assist with a solution.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrectly made products. You must return the product in its original condition within [X] days for an exchange to be processed.

Custom Artwork and Design

  • Design Ownership: You, the customer, retain the rights to the artwork you submit for printing. However, by submitting artwork, you grant IMUNIK a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your design for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that any designs you submit do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. IMUNIK is not liable for any legal issues related to the design provided by you.

  • Business Rights to Use Designs: IMUNIK may use your design for promotional purposes, including showcasing the completed product on our website or social media, unless you request otherwise.

Quality Assurance

  • Product Quality: IMUNIK uses high-quality materials and printing techniques. However, slight color variations, minor imperfections, or fabric inconsistencies may occur. These do not constitute defects.

  • Printing and Product Quality Issues: If your order has quality issues such as misprints, damages, or defects, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

  • Copyright and Trademark Infringement: IMUNIK respects intellectual property rights. By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have permission to use any copyrighted or trademarked materials submitted for printing.

  • Business-Generated Designs: Any designs created by IMUNIK (e.g., logos or templates) remain the property of IMUNIK. You may not use these designs without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: IMUNIK’s liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

  • Force Majeure: IMUNIK will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, or transportation disruptions.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Customer Data: We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for order processing and customer support purposes. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties without your consent.

  • Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida,USA . Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
